Tiers

You join at the tier your evidence supports, and move up only on delivery record, so the credential keeps its value.

Associate Expert

Requirement: Pass the specialism assessment and a paid trial, with at least one relevant certification or equivalent evidence.

Work: Standard work orders, reviewed before sign-off.

Certified Expert

Requirement: 5 or more accepted work orders averaging 4 out of 5, and the specialism’s core certification.

Work: All standard work in the specialism, signed off on their own work.

Senior Expert

Requirement: 20 or more accepted work orders, an expert-level certification, and no upheld complaint in 12 months.

Work: Complex projects, and paid review of Associates’ work.

Principal Expert

Requirement: By invitation from the Managing Director.

Work: Solution design, pre-sales support, and leading multi-expert projects.

Fees are a set share of the labour fee for each work order, higher at each tier. The fee schedule is shared with applicants at interview.
